TELL ME WHAT YOUR ORGASM IS… I’LL TELL YOU WHO YOU ARE!

It is often said that routine kills love in a relationship. If this claim is true, then what about orgasm? For women, does having the same type of orgasm during every sexual encounter make them less exciting? Fortunately, there are different types of orgasms, and as many ways to reach them as there are women. Here’s a closer look at the different types of female orgasms.

The clitoral orgasm... the normal one
This is probably the orgasm we hear about most often, and for good reason, since 92% of women reach orgasm through clitoral stimulation. Whether masturbating or with a partner, the clitoris is caressed with varying force and intensity to achieve an orgasm that is short, localized, sharp, and explosive. Ladies, if you feel like varying your pleasures... read on!

The vaginal orgasm... the sought-after one
This is the G-spot orgasm, achieved during penetrative sex. It is said that only 8% of women are able to achieve a vaginal orgasm, which would last longer than its clitoral counterpart, as well as being felt throughout the entire body. Although it can sometimes be more difficult and take longer to achieve, it is the most likely to occur multiple times. Proof that the longer it takes, the better it is!

The blended orgasm... the twin
One-third of women are able to achieve a blended orgasm, combining vaginal and clitoral stimulation at the same time. This unique and intense orgasm can last from 1 to 15 minutes (!!!). To achieve it, try the woman-on-top position, with the woman sitting on the man as he lies down, allowing for penetration as well as easy clitoral stimulation.

The anal orgasm... the little-known one
Long overlooked, the anal orgasm has proven itself and earned its place. The anus is a highly erogenous and sensitive area because it contains many nerve endings. Reaching orgasm through penetration is certainly more complex, but it can absolutely be achieved through oral stimulation, with a finger, or through full penetration. Be sure to go slowly and use lubricant to ensure a pleasurable experience if you opt for penetration.

The orgasm through physical activity... the “coregasm”
You read that right: it is possible to have an orgasm while exercising. It is triggered by considerable physical effort, although not necessarily very intense. To achieve it, you should first do a cardio session to raise your heart rate and then do abdominal strength training. An added benefit is having your legs suspended in the air. The more fatigued your lower abdominal muscles become, the more the sensation will move toward your intimate area, which will become aroused until you reach orgasm. A good reason to go to the gym, don’t you think?

The mental orgasm... the miracle of the brain
This is the most difficult orgasm to achieve because it requires no stimulation. Everything takes place in the brain. You therefore need a great deal of imagination and must create erotic scenes in your mind that are exciting enough to build pleasure and lead to orgasm through thought alone. Imagination and the subconscious are also said to be responsible for nocturnal orgasms. With that, sweet dreams!

So no matter what type of orgasm you are used to, you now have new avenues to explore with or without your partner. Bet you’ll want to try them all!
