Whether your sleeve is silicone or TPE, always use a water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubricant degrades the surface of the sleeve and reduces its lifespan. Apply lubricant to the inside of the sleeve before putting it on: this will improve your comfort and make it easier to put on. Don't hesitate to add more during use if necessary.
