Come on

Do you know the “kegel”? This small region of the body is actually the perineum, also known as the pelvic floor, that area between the anus and the genitals. If it mainly serves to retain small urinary leaks and to support the organs of the abdomen, the pelvic floor also plays an important role in the pleasure felt during sexual intercourse? How? This is what SexxxPlus will introduce you to today. Here's everything you need to know about kegels!

What is the pelvic floor?
The pelvic floor is a set of muscles in the genital area that contract to suppress the urge to urinate. It is this same kegel that contracts and relaxes when reaching an orgasm. To keep it in good shape and sufficiently firm, there are different exercises aimed at strengthening the perineum to increase the pleasure under the covers.

We owe the exercises aimed at training and strengthening the kegel to Doctor Arnold Kegel, who was the first to focus on the importance of effectively developing the pelvic floor through contractions and relaxations of the muscles forming the perineum.

Why exercise your kegel?
The majority of women may be faced with a weakening of the perineum, particularly due to childbirth or menopause. The muscles then need to be strengthened so that the kegel becomes as effective again.

A healthy perineum will allow you to feel more sensations during vaginal penetration. Indeed, if the muscles are more tense and less relaxed, the sensations of coming and going will be consequently amplified, to the great happiness of the lady! A well-trained perineum will also make it easier to reach orgasm and will have the effect of increasing blood flow, therefore vaginal lubrication.

Less known among men, pelvic floor training helps strengthen it and helps men obtain non-ejaculatory orgasms, and therefore be prone to experiencing multiple orgasms.

How to strengthen your pelvic floor?
Just do regular exercises, just like you would working out at the gym, minus the equipment! In the position of your choice, sitting, standing or lying down, the exercise consists of contracting the pelvic floor muscle, holding the effort for a few seconds before releasing everything. The best thing to know if the movement is done correctly? You must make exactly the same movement as that which is done when you wish to refrain from urinating. If done effectively, and repeatedly, the kegel will build muscle and become firmer.

Another very effective way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle is using geisha balls. The SexxxPlus team recommends the Adore U model from Wellness, a set including 4 interchangeable balls with 3 different weights. You can therefore start your exercises with the lightest option and progress to the heaviest option. This is a beautiful and pleasant way to strengthen your pelvic floor, your sexual well-being and the intensity of your orgasms. https://sexxxplus.com/fr/adore-u-wellness-kegel
